Zenimax CS/UR Bargaining Table Update

BARGAINING REPORT # 3

CS/UR Bargaining Table Update

March 17, 2026

Fellow CWA Members:

The Union and the Employer met on March 13th, 2026 for our second official bargaining session and we want to provide an overview where we stand and how these discussions are progressing.

During this meeting, the Bargaining team continued to prioritize the structural and professional needs of our unit by passing two new articles to the Employer. The first, Job Progression & Internal Mobility, is focused on creating clear and fair pathways for career growth. Alongside this, we introduced our Article on Job Classifications, which aims to ensure that every role is accurately defined and fairly categorized.

While these two articles were newly passed, we also engaged in discussions regarding counter-proposals passed by the Employer for two foundational articles previously introduced by us: Preamble & Recognition, which defines the scope of our union’s representation, and Unplanned Closing & Inclement Weather, which addresses our safety and pay security during emergencies or inclement weather and security incidents.

Your bargaining committee is currently reviewing these counter-proposals in detail to ensure they meet the standards our members expect, and we are prepared to fight for the language that best protects your interests.

The bargaining committee is scheduled to meet again on March 20th, 2026 to continue pressing for the fairness we all deserve, and we look forward to updating you as additional details emerge. A fourth bargaining session is already scheduled for March 26th, 2026.

All bargaining reports will continue to be posted on the Local website at: https://cwa2100.org/
